What's the appeal?
Midoshino is perfect. It is the best ship in all of Enstars. This isn't a matter of opinion, it's a fact! Midori and Shinobu are both frequently described as the more timid and withdrawn members of RYUSEITAI; for this reason, they have a unique understanding between each other. Midori has called Shinobu his "shy guy companion", and Shinobu has even called Midori his "soulmate"! Even though they have shyness in common, however, they balance each other out -- making up for each other's weaknesses, becoming a comforting presence. Shinobu with his social anxiety has a habit of hiding behind Midori when he's frightened; Midori, who is severely depressed, has Shinobu comfort him and tell him that he wishes to make it so he never has to say "I wanna die" ever again... A lovely and caring dynamic! Even in a more lighthearted sense, they're just cute! Midori carries Shinobu around on his shoulders, and regularly compares him to his beloved mascot characters. Shinobu's heart flutters when Midori smiles gently. Just by Shinobu existing, Midori feels calm... Read Strawberry Picking, by the way. I could go on and on, but I don't want to run out of space! I'd definitely recommend searching for stories which
feature both of them, because the way they interact is just so adorable and heartwarming. I love them so much. The cutest tootsit, tiepnsys, etc etc whatever the kids say these days. Please ship them.
